• We only accept new patients between 16 and 65 years old.

• We do not fill out disability or workers’ compensation forms.

• In line with Georgia law, we require an in-person appointment before we can prescribe any controlled substances.

• Medications like Xanax, Klonopin, and Ativan, known as benzodiazepines, are typically not recommended for daily, long-term use. Prescriptions will be carefully considered based on individual needs.
