Appointments and rates
Note: We do not accept insurance at this time.
However, we can provide a detailed receipt (a “superbill”) for you to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance. Please verify coverage with your insurer before your visit.
We only accept payments through credit card and require keeping one on file to charge before your appointment. New patient payments are due at scheduling.
Self-pay rates are listed below, as well as our cancellation policy.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation/Intake
Price: $250
Duration: 60 minutes
This is your first appointment with our provider.
This appointment will focus on understanding your current symptoms, their progression, and any previous mental health treatments you’ve had. We’ll aim to diagnose your condition and outline a personalized treatment plan. If it’s suitable, we may also prescribe medication during this visit.
Please make sure to fill out all the intake paperwork sent to your email prior to your appointment. Additionally, if you can, bring a copy of your most recent lab tests and blood pressure records, as lab fees are not covered by our office.
Follow-up Appointments
Price: $175
Duration: 30 minutes
After your first evaluation, regular follow-up appointments are important to adjust medications, track how well your treatment is working, and check on your overall mental health.
You can choose to have these sessions either in person or through telehealth, based on your preference. However, your psychiatrist might ask for in-person visits when necessary to ensure the best care and to meet legal requirements.
Cancellation or No-Show Fees
Fee: $100
Please note that if you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us within 48 hours, a fee will be charged for the time set aside for you. To avoid this fee, cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance from your Patient Portal. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else who needs it. Keep in mind that insurance does not cover the fee for missed appointments.
